A delicious casserole using seashell pasta and cottage cheese that bakes up creamy and delicious, passed down to me from my great grandma. Also good if you add a little bit of dill and/or bacon.
Cook and drain seashell pasta. Set aside. Saute onion. In a large bowl, mix sauteed onion, cottage cheese and sour cream. In a separate bowl, beat eggs with a fork and add milk. Add to the onion mixture. Mix with the pasta. Season with salt and pepper. Bake at 350 degrees until set (approximately 30 minutes).
