Description

a delicious winter time meal that is perfect for a busy weeknight or your super bowl/new years gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground Turkey
  • 1 whole Onion, Chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1 jar Roasted Red Peppers, Chopped, 12-16 Ounce Jar
  • 1 can (14 Oz. Size) Diced Tomatoes
  • ½ cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 can 14.5 Oz Beans (I Used Black) Rinsed And Drained
  • 1 whole Pepper (red, Green Or Yellow), Chopped
  • ⅔ cups Corn
  • 1 Tablespoon Molasses
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire
  • 1 teaspoon Brown Sugar
  • ¼ cups Beer
  • ½ Tablespoons Chili Pepper
  • ½ Tablespoons Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste

Preparation

Start out by cooking up your turkey, onion, and garlic in a pan on medium heat. Once the meat is browned and the onions softened, remove from heat.

While your meat is cooking up, grab your slow cooker and add in the roasted peppers, diced tomatoes, broth, beans, peppers, corn, molasses, worcestershire, brown sugar, beer, chili pepper, cumin, oregano, and apple cider vinegar.

Now add in your cooked up meat and mix it all together.

Cook it on high for 3 hours or on low for 4 to 6 hours. Salt and pepper it to taste before serving.
