Description

Thick, juicy porkchops grilled with a sweet and tangy peach glaze. A perfect summer meal.

Ingredients

  • 5 whole Fresh Peaches, Sliced With Skins Removed
  • ⅓ cups Soy Sauce
  • ¼ cups Honey
  • 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Toasted Sesame Seeds
  • 6 whole Bone-in Thick Cut Pork Chops
  • Salt And Pepper

Preparation

Place sliced peaches, soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, garlic and sesame seeds in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Season both sides of pork chops with some salt and fresh ground pepper. Grill pork chops over indirect heat for about 10 minutes each side. Then baste both sides with the peach glaze and cook each side for another 10 minutes, or until juices run clear and pork chops are done. Depending on how thick your porkchops are, they may cook more quickly. Serve immediately and don’t forget the napkins!

I’ve made these chops on the grill and in a pan. They always turn out great! They’re super easy and delicious – a great meal for company! This recipe is one of our favorites.

This was wonderful! A perfect combination of sweet and savory. I followed the recipe exactly except for cooking the pork in a saute pan. Yum! I will definitely make this again.
