Description

This is a pot pie that even my husband loves! It is easy, yummy, and I always have what I need to make it.

Ingredients

  • 2 whole Refrigerated Pie Crusts
  • 2 cups Chicken, Cooked And Shredded
  • 1 can (10.75 Oz. Can) Cream Of Potato Soup
  • 1 can (10.75 Oz. Can) Cream Of Chicken Soup
  • 1 can (15 Oz. Can) Veg-All, Drained
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 dash Garlic Salt
  • 1 dash Pepper (I Add Quite A Bit)

Preparation

Roll out the bottom layer pie crust in a deep pie dish. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients. Pour into the bottom layer pie crust. Roll out top crust, lay on top of the filling, and crimp the edges. Bake at 375ºF for 45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Serve with white or brown rice.

Searched for an easy and good-sounding chicken pot pie recipe as my BF requested I make it. Tried this one and it was delicious! I used a large can of white chicken. Couldn’t have been easier. Tasted way better than those frozen ones and practically as simple! Will keep this is my rotation!

YUM-O! This was so flipping easy and so very yummy! I just threw it together and all the boys in my house (and me too) just loved it!

(P.S. I used canned chicken cause I was really lazy and it worked perfectly!)
