Description

My good friend from Milwaukee gave me this recipe years ago and it has become a staple when we have large groups of people over. It can easily be doubled and is a crowd pleaser!

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds Sirloin Or Rump Roast
  • ¼ cups Red Wine Vinegar
  • 2 packages (about 1 Oz. Packet) Zesty Italian Dressing Mix
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic
  • 2 Tablespoons Italian Seasoning Spice
  • 1 jar (12 Oz. Jar) Sliced Pepperoncinis, No Juice

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients together in a crock pot. Cook 5–6 hours on high or 10–12 hours on low. When you can easily shred the meat with a fork, it’s done.

Shred and serve on rolls.
