I found this recipe on Pinterest. My family LOVED it, including my kids!!! I had to improvise with the sauce but even so, they gobbled it up. Perfect dinner for a cold and snowy night.

This is really, REALLY good!!! I made it exactly as written, but the hashbrowns I used were frozen, and so I put a lid on the skillet for a little while during the browning of the hashbrowns step. It has a really good ‘tang’ from the sauce ingredients, and it’s definitely not a recipe you’re going to run across everyday. And it’s going into my ‘keeper’ recipe file. It’s a great quick dinner for St. Paddy’s day, or any day. Make this, -you won’t be sorry.

This recipe was really tasty. I didn’t have frozen hashbrowns so I shredded 1 lb. of potatoes. It worked great and the family loved it.
