Young and old will enjoy these!
1. Preheat oven to 425ºF. Prepare baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray.
2. In a bowl, combine mustard, honey and all seasonings. Mix well. Place crushed Cheerios in second bowl.
3. Coat a chicken strip in honey-mustard sauce, then roll in crushed Cheerios. Place onto baking sheet. Repeat with rest of chicken.
4. Bake for 10 minutes, flip chicken and bake for another 7-10 minutes or until cooked all the way through.
Enjoy plain, dipped in more honey-mustard or on top of salad.
