Description

Using small round won ton wrappers, these are easy and yummy!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Swiss Chard Or Spinach
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1 whole Small Yellow Onion
  • 1 pound Ground Turkey
  • ½ pounds Ground Beef
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoons Pepper
  • 1 whole Egg
  • ½ cups Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 packages (about 12 Oz. Size) Small Round Won Ton Wrappers
  • 1 whole Egg White

Preparation

To your food processor, add chard or spinach, garlic and onion. Process till finely chopped, then add ground turkey, ground beef, salt, pepper, whole egg and parmesan cheese; pulse till combined well.

Put the egg white in a small bowl. I lay out 8 wrappers at a time and put a heaping teaspoon of meat mixture on 4 of the wrappers. Using a brush, brush the other wonton wrapper with the egg white then turn that on top of the won ton with the meat mixture. Press down a tad on the meat, then using fingers, press the entire outside edge of the wonton together well so that it sticks. Using wax paper to seperate layers, put in a Ziploc bag according to the size of package you prefer. Freeze up to 6 months.

When ready to eat, bring a pot of water to boil. Add ravioli and boil for 8 minutes. Serve topped with your favorite sauce, or make your own wonton soup with chicken stock and green onions. Enjoy!
