These chicken tenders are very easy and quick to make and they are so delicious! Perfect for a quick lunch!
Preheat the oven to 450°F.
Using 3 separate plates or bowls, put the flour and paprika on the first, the buffalo sauce on the next, and the bread crumbs on the last. One tenderloin at a time, cover in flour, move to the buffalo sauce and cover totally with sauce, and immediately cover in the bread crumbs. When completely covered, place the chicken tenders on a baking sheet sprayed with non-stick spray.
Bake in the oven for 12–15 minutes. Flip the tenders over and cook for another 12–15 minutes or until chicken tenders are completely cooked through.
Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
