Grilled Oregano Shrimp; perfect for your next BBQ.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Stir oil, oregano, salt and pepper into a large bowl.
Cut the onion lengthwise into wedges and separate layers. Add the onion and shrimp into the oil mixture and toss to coat. Taking a skewer, thread the shrimp and onion, alternating as you go until you have a total of six shrimp on each skewer.
Place shrimp on the grill and cook until cooked through and are no longer opaque, about 3 to 4 minutes, turning once.
