This is an easy chicken recipe that is truly finger-lickin’ good! The ‘sauce’ is made with just four ingredients that you’re sure to have on hand.
Preheat grill.
Heat sauce ingredients (butter, vinegar, salt, water) in a saucepan to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Bathe each chicken piece in sauce and then cook on hot grill, basting with the sauce and turning often.
Cook until juices run clear. (Discard leftover sauce after cooking)
The trick is to slowly cook the chicken while basting and turning. Could take up to 45 minutes to cook but keep a close eye on it. You need someone to ‘man’ the grill while this chicken cooks – but the time and effort is worth it!
