Description

An easy and delicious way to prepare chicken for dinner!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Crushed Corn Flakes
  • ½ cups Parmesan Cheese, Grated
  • 1 Tablespoon Parsley
  • 1-½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoons Black Pepper
  • ½ teaspoons Garlic Salt
  • 4 whole Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts (5-6 Oz. Each)
  • 1 bottle Spray Butter

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Combine corn flakes, parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, pepper and garlic salt in a large bowl.

Spray chicken breasts with butter, coating them on both sides. Then place chicken in the bowl with the dry ingredients and press until covered with the cornflake and cheese mixture. Set coated chicken breast in a baking dish. Repeat until all of the chicken is coated. (Feel free to sprinkle any remaining coating mixture in the baking dish—–it is delicious!) Cover the dish with a piece of foil.

Bake at 350 F for 20 minutes with the foil on, then remove the foil and cook for another 20 minutes uncovered.
