The quickest most delicious dish for your mouth hole.
Toss the shrimp with the oregano, salt and pepper.
Heat the oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp in a single layer and sear, 2 minutes. Flip and sear 30 seconds. Remove from skillet and set aside.
Add the beans and peas to the same pan and saute until crisp tender, 3 minutes.
Add the shrimp, beans and peas into the cooked pasta. Swirl in the butter. Toss in the cilantro.
Serve with grated cheese. Delish!
