Description

If you don’t like salmon, you can also use any other fish such as halibut, tuna, tilapia, swordfish, mahi-mahi, cod, or trout.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Salmon, Cut In 4 Serving Size Pieces
  • ½ teaspoons Lemon Pepper Seasoning
  • ½ teaspoons Garlic Powder (or Fresh Or Minced)
  • 1 Tablespoon Chopped Fresh Dill
  • 1 Tablespoon Chopped Fresh Basil
  • 1 cup Chopped Fresh Tomatoes (or 1 Large)
  • 1 cup Sliced Fresh Mushrooms
  • 1 whole Lemon Cut In 4 Slices

Preparation

Preheat oven 425 degrees or preheat grill.

Coat four 12×12 squares of heavy aluminum foil with cooking spray; place 1 piece of salmon in the center of each square.

Top with equally-divided vegetables and seasonings.

Fold and seal foil edges, then place packets on a baking sheet.

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until fish flakes and vegetables are tender. Or place packets on a hot grill for 15 to 20 minutes.
