Description

So I thought this would be a great as part of an Easter meal, different than the usual hash browns. I love this variation: Feta Hashbrown Casserole.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Frozen Hash Browns
  • 2 cans (10 1/2 Oz. Size) Cream Of Mushroom Soup
  • 2 cups Milk
  • ½ sticks Butter, Melted
  • 6 ounces, weight Feta Cheese
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • ½ teaspoons Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Minced Garlic, Dry Or Fresh
  • 1 cup Crumb Topping (Ritz Crackers, Tortilla Chips, Potato Chips, Corn Flakes)

Preparation

Dump the thawed hash browns into a large bowl. Stir in all of the ingredients, except the crumb topping, and scrape into a greased 9×13 dish. Sprinkle the crumb topping all over it.

Bake at 350ºF for 30 to 45 minutes. If the crumb topping gets too toasty, just pull it out of the oven and cover with tin foil, then put it back in.
