Easy Slow Cooker Chile Verde

Description
Pork in a spicy green sauce. Easy to dump in the slow cooker and let cook all day. Meat is tender and sauce is nice and spicy. I serve with rice and cheese in a tortilla and smother it in the great sauce. My kids LOVE this.
Ingredients
- 3 pounds Pork Stew Meat (or You Can Use A Boneless Pork Roast And Cut It Into 1" Pieces)
- 2 cans Cream Of Chicken Soup
- 1 can Green Chili Sauce (the One With Pork If You Can Find It)
- 1 can Chopped Green Chilies
- 1 clove Garlic, Minced
- 1 whole Jalapeno, Seeded And Chopped Fine (or Used Canned)
- ½ whole Onion, Chopped Finely
Preparation
Put everything in slow cooker. Cook on low for 6-7 hours. Serve with rice, cheese and tortillas.
For more heat you can use more jalapeno or jalapeno juice.
