Description

This is one of my son’s favorite meals. This is my version which is very easy to make..

Ingredients

  • 4 whole Boneless Chicken Breast, Flattened
  • 4 pinches Garlic Powder
  • 4 slices Deli Ham
  • 4 slices Swiss Cheese
  • 1 cup Flour
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste
  • 2 whole Eggs, Beaten
  • 1 cup Bread Crumbs
  • ¼ cups Canola Oil
  • 4 Tablespoons Butter

Preparation

Place flattened chicken breasts on your work surface and sprinkle with garlic powder. Add 1 slice ham then 1 slice of cheese. Roll chicken up, wrap in plastic wrap and let rest in fridge for 30 minutes, this will also help firm up the chicken and keep it from coming unrolled.

When ready to prepare, season flour with salt and pepper.
Coat chicken with flour, then egg and then bread crumbs.

Heat oil and butter in a large fry pan. When foaming fry breast until well browned on the outsides. Then, place chicken on a broiler pan and put in oven at 300F for another 20 minutes.
