Super simple, and not as bad for you as the regular version.
You will also need toothpicks, Pam spray, and wax paper.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Place each chicken breast between wax paper and pound to ¼ inch thick.
Place 2 to 3 slices of ham and one cheese wedge on each chicken breast. Roll up and secure with toothpicks.
Spray a baking dish with Pam and place chicken breast edge side down on dish. Sprinkle with Shake and Bake evenly on each chicken breast.
Bake 35 to 45 minutes until juices run clear and chicken is evenly browned.

45 minutes at 400 degrees is too long. The chicken was dry and I didn’t even pound it to 1/4 inch thickness. I will make it again but reduce baking time to about 25-30 minutes.

Yum, this was delish at Christmas. I used provolone cheese slices instead, tho.
