This is a low-fat recipe that uses just a few convenient ingredients. Using the large breasts that I had purchased, it is approximately 400 calories. This could be trimmed by about 100 calories for a small breast.
1. Coat chicken breasts in ranch dressing and let marinate overnight.
2. Place chicken in the crockpot and cover with the mushrooms, then the peas.
3. Cook on low for 4-5 hours.
