Description

Pop everything in the Crockpot and walk out the door. Come home and whip up potatoes and dinner is served!

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (10 Oz. Size) Cream Of Chicken Soup
  • 2 cups Sour Cream
  • 2-½ ounces, weight Chipped (Dried) Beef, Like Armour Brand, In A Jar
  • 4 whole Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 4 slices Bacon
  • 2 dashes Black Pepper

Preparation

Combine soup and sour cream in a medium bowl. Spray the crock of your crockpot with non-stick cooking spray. Layer a little of the sauce on the bottom of the crock. Cover that wit theh chipped beef.

Wrap each chicken breast with a slice of bacon. Season with a few cracks of black pepper. Add the chicken to the crockpot in a single layer on top of the chipped beef. Spread the remaining soup and sour cream mixture on top of the chicken.

Cook for 4 hours on high or 6-8 hours on low.

Serve over mashed potatoes.

This is like comfort food at its finest! I used light sour cream and served it over brown rice, and it still turned out really well. I love the combination of flavors with the chicken, beef, and bacon. My husband and I loved it, and will add it to the rotation! Thanks for sharing!
