I had chicken tenders and it was 1pm…I through them in the crock pot along with the rest and turned it on high and crossed my fingers. At 5:30 dinner was ready! Couldn’t be quicker to make and it was quite tasty. I’ll be making it again!

It’s a keeper! Super easy to make. I used chicken tenders that were frozen. Put everything in the crockpot which literally took me 2 mins. at 9am and dinner was done at 5:00pm. I also used frozen peppers and onions that I got from BJ’s Wholesale.
Very versatile recipe, you could use leftovers for enchiladas, nachos, etc. Also would be a great easy, cheap dish to make for Superbowl or any kind of potluck. Thanks so much for sharing!

This recipe is definitely going to be a do again. My family agreed that it’s not close enough to fajitas to be called a fajita recipe though (which was disappointing). It’s more like chicken tacos and that’s okay if that’s what you’re expecting. It was delicious enough that we’re looking forward to tomorrow so we can have the leftovers.
