Description

This is a very easy recipe that is loaded with flavor.

Ingredients

  • 6 whole Country Style Pork Ribs
  • 1 Tablespoon Cooking Oil
  • 15 ounces, weight Pineapple Chunks, With Juice
  • ½ cups Chopped Green Bell Pepper
  • ½ cups Chopped Red Pepper
  • ½ cups Water
  • ⅓ cups Packed Brown Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Ketchup
  • 3 teaspoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Quick Cooking Granulated Tapioca
  • ½ teaspoons Dry Mustard
  • 6 cups Cooked Rice (or As Much As Desired For Roughly 6 Servings)

Preparation

In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. Add pork ribs and sear them on all sides. Drain off the grease and put the pork ribs in the crockpot.

In a medium-sized bowl combine all of the remaining ingredients (except rice) and mix well.

Pour over pork; cover the crockpot and cook on low for 8-10 hours or 4-5 hours on high.

Serve over cooked rice.
