This is a family holiday must! I didn’t make it for one holiday and am still hearing about it.
Throw everything into a crock pot set on high. Cream cheese will melt into a creamy sauce. Salt and pepper to taste.

That is what I normally use. You could always use more. I use low fat or fat free, I bet that makes it creamier, probably has more water in it.

This was pretty good, though I wish it had made more sauce. I used a 8 oz “block” of cream cheese, was that the correct amount, or should I have used more?
