Easy, fast and delicious! the bacon adds some zip to an otherwise standard fried chicken. Serve with steamed veggies and fresh rolls—and enjoy!
On the stovetop, heat a skillet on medium heat. Add oil and allow it to heat while you prepare the chicken.
In a shallow dish, combine bread crumbs, bacon bits and any seasonings that sound good. Add milk into a separate dish.
Immerse chicken breasts in the milk, one at a time. After dipping in the milk, dip the breast into the bread crumb mixture and coat thoroughly.
Place chicken into the pan and cook over medium heat for approximately 5-8 minutes and then turn the chicken over. Turn heat to low, cover the skillet and cook another 5 minutes or until center is no longer pink.
