This is a quick and easy pasta dish that features fresh vegetables in a creamy yet light sauce.
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
Meanwhile, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add greens, garlic and onions and cook for about 2 minutes, or until greens begin to wilt. Stir in chopped tomatoes, sour cream, and milk. Add pasta and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer pasta mixture to a serving bowl and stir in the Parmesan cheese. Then, serve!
