Description

Easy to make – and with a kick.

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces, weight Penne Pasta
  • 1 whole Chipotle Pepper In Adobo Sauce (or Use 1/2 Pepper For Less Spice)
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 whole Garlic Cloves, Peeled
  • 1 whole Avocado, Peeled And Pitted

Preparation

1) Cook pasta according to package directions.
2) Process chipotle pepper, olive oil and garlic cloves in food processor until smooth. Add avocado and process until creamy.
3) When pasta is finished cooking, drain off the water and place pasta into a bowl. Pour sauce over pasta and mix well. Serve hot.

So easy! I served mine over penne and added some mushrooms and shrimp I had cooked with some Essence. Pretty spicy that way, but so good! :)
