Description

A family favorite!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Cooked Chicken, Diced
  • 1 package Uncle Ben's Long Grain And Wild Rice
  • 1 can Cream Of Celery Soup
  • 2 ounces, weight Jar Sliced Pimentos
  • 1 whole Medium Onion, Chopped
  • 2 cans French Style Green Beans, Drained
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 8 ounces, weight Water Chestnuts, Diced

Preparation

Thoroughly mix all ingredients. Pour into a 3 quart casserole and bake at 350F for 25-30 minutes. May be frozen before cooking. Serves 8-10.

(I omit the water chestnuts…. can’t stand those things!)
