Description

Mild white fish wrapped around breaded crab meat.

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Fish Fillets
  • ⅓ cups Butter
  • 1 whole Onion, Chopped
  • ¼ cups Italian Parsley
  • ⅛ Tablespoons Crushed Red Pepper
  • 2 cans Crab Meat (4.5 Oz Each Can), Drained
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • ¾ cups Italian Bread Crumbs
  • 4 pinches Paprika

Preparation

1. In a bowl, melt the butter with the onions in the microwave (about 30 seconds). Set aside 3 tablespoons of the butter for later.

2. Mix in the crabmeat, parsley, bread crumbs, red pepper flakes, and lemon juice.

3. Place a large spoonful of crab meat on each fillet and roll up each fillet.

4. Place the fish rolls with the seam down on a baking pan.

5. Drizzle the remaining butter that you had set aside over the fillets and sprinkle with paprika and a little Italian parsley.

6. Bake for 25 minutes at 400°F, then serve!

I really think this was a 4.5 star dish.

I made it last night. It came together pretty quickly. It makes ALOT of filling. I was too lazy to make fish rolls so I just put down a layer of fish with stuffing in the middle and another layer of fish on top. I used tilapia and it was very tasty, everyone liked it.
