Description

Crispy flatbread pizza crust topped with cream cheese, crab, cheese and sprinkled with sweet chili sauce and fried wonton strips!

Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 4 whole Wonton Skins Or Wrappers, Cut Into Strips
  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
  • ½ cups Finely Chopped Onions
  • 3 Tablespoons Horseradish
  • 4 whole Multigrain Flatbread Squares
  • 8 ounces, weight Flaked Imitation Crabmeat
  • 1 cup Shredded Asiago Cheese
  • 2 whole Green Onions, Chopped
  • ¼ cups Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • ½ cups Sweet Chili Sauce

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400ºF. On a foil-lined cookie sheet, drizzle olive oil and brush it all over the foil. Lay out strips of wontons, making sure they are not touching and brush with additional olive oil. Bake for 10 minutes or until browned and crispy. Remove from heat and set aside.

In a medium bowl, with a mixer, blend together cream cheese, onions, and horseradish. Spread 1/4 of the mixture over one flatbread almost to the edges. Top with 1/4 of the crab meat. Sprinkle 1/4 of the asiago cheese over the top. Sprinkle 1/4 of the green onions over the cheese, then sprinkle that with 1/4 of the Parmesan cheese. Put it on a baking tray. Repeat with the remaining flatbreads and toppings.

Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and browning and the flatbread edges are brown and crisping. Remove from oven and drizzle chili sauce over top of each. Return to oven for 2-3 minutes and then top with crumbled wonton strips. Cut into fourths and serve!
