Description

This sammie has been a family favorite for generations! It’s got a sweet crunch and a savory punch! This combo sandwich is layered with egg, bacon, Swiss cheese, sweet pickles and mayo! It’s sure to put a smile on your face!

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Fried Egg
  • 3 slices Fried Bacon
  • 4 whole Sweet Pickles, Sliced
  • 2 slices Soft White Bread
  • 1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 slice Swiss Cheese

Preparation

This is such a simple delicious sandwich and I bet that you already have all of the ingredients right on hand!

First you’ll want to fry up an egg and 3 pieces of bacon. Just heat both over medium heat and cook both until they reach your desired level of doneness.

While they are frying, grab 4-5 sweet pickles, and cut them lengthwise (the thinner the better).

Now you are ready for the assembly line to begin! There is an order that I like to follow to ensure the most satisfaction in every bite! First, generously spread some mayonnaise on two pieces of bread, next layer the sweet pickles on a piece of bread, then the hot egg and THEN the Swiss cheese. This will allow the Swiss cheese to slightly melt and become one with the egg. Last, but certainly not least, layer the bacon all over the Swiss cheese. Then place the remaining piece of mayo slathered bread on top and ENJOY!
