Healthier version of a burger. Lower calorie than beef. These are so good I double the recipe.
In a large bowl, combine first 7 ingredients, mixing well. Shape into 4 patties that are each about 1 inch thick. Coat a skillet or grill pan with cooking spray and set pan over medium heat. When pan is hot, add burgers and cook 5-6 minutes per side until cooked through. Place burgers on rolls add your favorite condiments and enjoy!
