This was yummy. Believe Birdie when she says 3 minutes on the chicken. I let mine get a little too dry. Also, I used a combination of Cavender’s seasoning (mine had salt in it) and homemade salt-free Greek seasoning. I also added Greek seasoning to the Tsatziki.

I wasn’t that happy with the turn out of this recipe. I followed everything and didn’t do any substitutes. I love chicken souvalki and this just didn’t hit the mark for me.

Delicious! I added tomato slices and a little feta, and had it for dinner and lunch the next day. The reviews are right on- it’s a PERFECT weeknight dinner. Thanks for posting!

YUM! I just made this – it was so easy!! Fantastic weeknight dinner! I’ll share and link back on my blog tomorrow!
Would love to try the Cavendar’s on fish this summer – thanks for turning me on to it!

I made this for dinner tonight, and it was very well-received. I used Italian Seasoning because I got a good deal on it. Costco has Tsatziki that you can buy at a reasonable price. I was going to use cucumber, but it went bad. But the pre-made stuff has garlic, onion and cucumber in it. I added sauteed onion and bell pepper. We had roasted potatoes and brussel sprouts.

For anyone that is having a hard time finding Cavender’s (it took me awhile to find it!), I finally found it at World Market.

I made this for dinner this week. Everyone loved it! I took a sample to work and all the ladies I lunch with insisted on the recipe. Thanks so much!
