This savory chicken is roasted with white wine, garlic, and Italian seasonings; a perfect dish for Sunday supper or any night.
Preheat oven to 375ºF.
Arrange chicken pieces skin side up in roasting pan. Sprinkle with half of seasonings, then turn over.
Pour white wine evenly over chicken pieces. Sprinkle with remaining seasonings.
Bake for 30 minutes, then turn pieces over, and bake for an additional 40 minutes or until golden brown.
