Creamy and savory come together in a flaky pastry square.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Pull pre-cooked chicken from bone, removing any skin. Chop chicken into small bite-size pieces, giving you 4 cups total.
In a large bowl combine chicken, cream cheese, sesame seeds, parsley, and onion. Mix until well-blended.
Open the crescent packages and keep every 2 triangles together, making a square (giving you a total of 8 squares). Pinch the seam in the middle of each square, and pat each out into a larger square.
Put 1/3 cup of the chicken mixture in the center of each square and press down slightly (you will have some chicken mixture leftover when done). Fold the corners of each square up into the center, pressing slightly so the filling is mostly sealed.
Place each popover on a lightly greased sheet and bake, uncovered, for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown.
Tip: This goes well with a nice side salad!
