My grandmother’s non-traditional chicken dish that I eternally love.
Preheat your oven to 350ºF. Combine the soup, mushrooms, sour cream, and sherry. Place chicken in the bottom of a casserole dish (or pyrex works, too). Pour the above mixture over the chicken. Sprinkle the paprika on top.
Bake for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
