I will start by saying: I CAN NOT TAKE CREDIT FOR THIS RECIPE. My best friend Kirstyn’s family deserves all the credit for the juicy, succulent chicken that this marinade produces. I skewer the chicken with my fave veggies and my dad grills it.
Thaw chicken enough to be cut into cubes. Cut chicken into cubes.
Mix Liquid Smoke, dressing, and sugar.
Place all the chicken pieces in a dish and pour marinade all over.
Cover and refrigerate for a few hours (at least 3 hours).
After a few hours, skewer onto wooden skewers alternating with favorite veggies. I use onions, bell pepper, mushrooms, grape tomatoes, and pepperoncini.
Grill and serve.
