Description

Not only is it tasty, this recipe is so easy to make!

Ingredients

  • 1-½ pound Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, Cut Into Strips
  • 1  Onion, Cut Into Medium-small Wedges And Separated
  • 2  Green Bell Peppers, Stem And Seeds Removed, Thinly Sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ¼ teaspoons Ground Cumin
  • Salt To Taste
  • ½ teaspoons Chili Powder
  • 1  Lemon, Juiced
  • Warm Tortillas
  • Fajita Toppings (shredded Cheese, Sour Cream, Salsa, Lettuce,etc)

Preparation

Place the chicken, onions and peppers in your crockpot. Sprinkle the spices and lemon juice on top and stir well. Put the lid on and cook on low for 4-6 hours. Enjoy wrapped in a tortilla with your favorite toppings!
