Description

This is the main dish that I make to go with Geoff’s Cheese Rice and Veg.

Ingredients

  • 4 whole Skinless And Boneless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 can (10.75 Oz. Can) Cream Of Mushroom Soup
  • 4 Tablespoons Garlic Powder
  • 4 Tablespoons Cracked Pepper
  • 4 Tablespoons Olive Oil

Preparation

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In a baking dish, add olive oil and roll the pan until the bottom and part of the sides are covered. Using half the garlic powder and pepper, coat one side of each chicken breast. Repeat with remaining garlic powder and pepper on the other side. Place chicken in the baking dish. Pour the cream of mushroom soup over the chicken breasts. Cover with foil and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
