Description

A quick and simple dish, easy to make for dinner.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cups Melted Butter
  • 1 package (6 To 8 Oz. Package) Herbed Seasoned Stuffing Mix
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 3 cups Diced Chicken
  • 1 can (10.75 Oz. Can) Cream Of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 can (10.75 Oz. Can) Cream Of Celery Soup
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Or Swiss Cheese

Preparation

Melt butter and mix with herb dressing to soften up. You can also mix in the chicken broth in the herb dressing. Then butter a 2 to 2 1/2-inch deep casserole dish. Put down a layer of dressing . Add a layer of chicken and then a layer of soup. Keep layering chicken and soups until there is no more. Top with leftover dressing.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until done. Add cheese to the top, either cheddar or Swiss. I prefer cheddar cheese in the last 5 minutes of baking.

Hi, this recipe sounds great! I’m wondering how much soup to use in each layer?
