Great simple recipe that is filling! This recipe reminds me of the party potatoes often found at potlucks. I did add some onion and I think maybe I should have thawed the potatoes because of the long cooking time. Otherwise, this recipe is a keeper!

Made this tonight with leftover pulled pork and added fresh broccoli. Delish – thanks for the recipe

This is so delicious. Definitely a comfort food and very filling. My husband REALLY liked it. A lot. I doubled the recipe so we’d get more servings, but still used a slightly-larger-than-9×13 baking dish. I will definitely be making this one again. And again.

This was REALLY good, we topped it with crumbled bacon & chives, was like a loaded baked potato. YUM! This is a keeper.

Delicious! I didn’t like so much crunchy crust at the top, so I think next time I’ll add just a tad bit more milk and sour cream. But either way, it is amazing!

Very easy and very delicious! I spiced ours up using a couple of different spices but also added crumbled bacon to the mix!! Definitely will make this again.
