Description

My recreation of the dish at Red Lobster!

Ingredients

  • 1 box Pasta, Such As Penne Or Linguini
  • 1-½ pound Chicken Breast, Boneless, Skinless Or Tenders
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Weber Grill N'Orleans Cajun Seasoning
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste
  • 1 Tablespoon Exra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 jar Classico Roasted Garlic Alfredo

Preparation

Boil Water and Salt it.

Prepare chicken by cutting into tenders or cubes. Salt, pepper, and season both sides with garlic powder and Cajun seasoning.

Heat oil in pan on med/high heat. Cook chicken thoroughly on both sides and add 1 whole jar of Alfredo sauce. Turn down to low.

Add pasta to boiling water, and cook as directed.

Strain pasta and add to Alfredo chicken.

After plating, add diced tomatoes to the top for a fresh addition.
