I wanted to combine my love for the flavor of Buffalo chicken “anything” with something easy to make and transport to your next tailgating party. This wrap can be assembled right before you leave or you can get all the ingredients ready, pack them up and assemble them when you get there.
Pour 1 1/2 cups of the Buffalo wing sauce over the chicken breasts and refrigerate overnight. Remove the chicken from the fridge and grill the breasts using the remaining 1/2 cup to baste the chicken breasts as they cook. When they are done cooking, let them cool before slicing into strips.
Lay each tortilla out flat and place 1/4 cup of spinach leaves on each. Divide the chicken strips up evenly between the tortillas and roll up. Place in a container for easy transporting. Dip in your favorite blue cheese dressing and enjoy!
