Description

Spicy shredded chicken, blue cheese crumbles, and crunchy celery. What a great combo.

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Chicken Breast, Cooked And Shredded
  • ¼ cups Frank's Red Hot Sauce
  • 2 whole Whole Wheat Flat Breads
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
  • ½ cups Purple Onion, Sliced
  • ½ cups Green Onion, Diced
  • ¼ cups Parmesan Cheese, Shredded
  • ½ cups Blue Cheese Crumbles
  • ¼ cups Cilantro
  • ½ cups Celery, Diced
  • Ranch Dressing, For Dipping (optional)

Preparation

Preheat oven to 450ºF.

Mix shredded chicken with Frank’s red hot sauce. Add more sauce if chicken is not well coated.

Brush 1 tablespoon olive oil on each flat bread. Spread garlic over oiled flat breads. Spread on 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese on each flat bread, then spread on chicken and both types of onions. Sprinkle each with 1/4 cup mozzarella, half of the Parmesan, and half of the blue cheese crumbles.

Bake 12 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melty. Garnish with cilantro and cold celery. Dip in ranch dressing for the full experience. Enjoy.
