A Chinese restaurant dish you can make at home. It’s quick, it’s easy and it uses ingredients you probably already have in the house!
Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Add chicken pieces; cook until lightly browned. Remove from pan; set aside.
Add remaining ingredients to the skillet; heat over medium heat until well mixed and sugar is dissolved. Add chicken; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 20 minutes.
Serve over rice. Makes 3-4 servings.

Very tasty! Next time I will add just a bit of thickener to the sauce, but I really enjoyed it.
