Description

This Blackened Chicken Alfredo Pasta is everyone’s favorite recipe that I make! It’s the perfect comfort food. It has warm creaminess and a little bit of a kick with every bite. Not only is it absolutely delicious, but it is super easy to make, and fast to make, too. I promise you will love this recipe!

Ingredients

  • 3 Tablespoons Butter
  • 2  Large Chicken Breasts, Cut Into Bite Size Pieces
  • 2-½ Tablespoons Blackening Seasoning
  • 16 ounces, fluid Fettuccine Or Penne Pasta
  • 1-½ Tablespoon Minced Garlic
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • ½ teaspoons Pepper
  • 3 cups Heavy Cream
  • ¾ cups Grated Parmesan Cheese

Preparation

Over medium heat, melt butter in a large pan. Once butter is melted, add chicken and stir. After it cooks for about 1 minute, add blackening seasoning and stir until chicken is evenly coated. Continue to cook until chicken is cooked all the way through.

While the chicken is cooking, boil pasta.

When chicken is fully cooked, add the garlic, salt and pepper to pan. Stir around and continue to cook for another minute or two.

Next, slowly add heavy cream. Make sure you stir. Let cream come to a light boil. Once it begins to boil, stir in Parmesan cheese. Once it is stirred evenly throughout, you can lower heat until pasta is done cooking.

When pasta is done, drain and put into a large bowl. Add sauce to bowl and toss pasta until it is coated evenly. Serve with some garlic toast and enjoy a delicious dinner!
