This was awesome! So easy and so good! I had left overs, which I froze and they re heated beautifully. The sweet and savory of this recipe is fantastic. I will definitely add this to my ‘go to’ meals.

Sweet-savory-spicy-cheesy deliciousness! My hubby and son scarfed this up and no one complained the next day when it was time for leftovers. The cornbread cooked up nicely moist and the creamed corn added the sweet creamy element that complimented the whole dish. I’ve made this several times now, always a big hit!

We loved this! I used gluten free cornbread mix which was about double the size as what the recipe called for so it turned out to be a very hearty meal. The leftovers are just as good if not better. So easy to make and it would store well in the freezer too. The boyfriend might require this meal every three weeks as well.

Just made this and it was just ok. It was kind of oily since there was not only ground beef and cheese but a 1/2 cup of oil in the recipe. Might try this again but decrease the oil and add some other spices to pep it up.

SO GOOD! My family loved it! My 11 month old could not get enough of it.
I think next time I will add another pound of hamburger, we love our meat!

This is a keeper! My husband (a very picky eater) loved it! The cooking time was right on for me.

I made this last night and it was very good! Simple to make and the jalepenos gave it a nice kick. This will be an excellent dish to take to neighbors for a pot luck. It took longer to bake (more like an hour) and my husband suggested kicking it up at the end to brown the top more.
