i made this tonight. it was so easy and a nice change from normal tacos. I served it over tortilla chips and the crunch was a nice addition. Thanks for posting it!

p.s. would also be awesome on a baked potato minus the tortillas, plus a dollop of sour cream! maybe I’ll serve it that way next……..too quick, easy and delicious not to keep it in the rotation! :)

Made this tonight!! Very good!!! :) I used turkey in place of hamburger and added a can of ranch style beans. Also increased the cumin, since turkey needs a little extra help with seasoning. Thank you for sharing!!! I think next time I’ll serve it over penne pasta instead of using the tortillas…. will be like a chili mac! Thanks again… loved it! :)

Very bland. I made it for my fiancé who adores those boxed meals, I am not a fan of them. I would have liked to had more flavor.

So easy to make, I made it twice in one week and it disappeared both times. I made it with ground turkey and left out the hot sauce when I knew we had pickier eaters. Thanks for sharing!

I made this over the weekend. Super easy and tastes really good. All three of my boys gobbled it up.
