Simple recipe of baked salmon if you’re short of time to cook.
Cut the salmon fillet into rather big pieces. Mix the basil, parsley, salt and lemon juice and rub the salmon pieces with this mixture.
Beat the eggs in a big bowl, add the milk and whisk.
Place the salmon pieces into a deep roasting tin, previously oiled, and pour them with the egg-milk mixture. Send to the preheated oven to bake at 350ºF (180ºC) for 40 minutes.
Serve with rice and vegetables.
