Description

Super simple and delicious Baked Cheesy Spaghetti.

Ingredients

  • FOR THE SPAGHETTI:
  • 1 pound Spaghetti
  • 1 jar Pasta Sauce, 650 Ml Jar
  • ½ cups Parmesan, Grated
  • 1 package Frozen Spinach, Thawed And Squeezed Dry, 300 Gram Package
  • 1 package Light Ricotta, 500 Ml Tub
  • 2 teaspoons Dry Onion Dip Mix
  • FOR THE TOPPING:
  • ½ cups Mozzarella, Grated
  • ¼ cups Parmesan, Grated

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray a 9×13″ baking dish with cooking spray.

Cook pasta according to manufacturer’s instructions or use leftover pasta. When done drain the pasta then put it back into the empty pot or in a large bowl. Mix it with the spaghetti sauce and 1/2 cup Parmesan. Set aside.

In another bowl mix together the spinach, ricotta and onion dip mix.

Place half the pasta mixture in the dish. Top with the spinach ricotta cheese layer and then top that with the rest of the spaghetti. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese for topping.

Bake 350 F for 30-45 minutes or until lightly browned on top and heated through.
