Description

Bacon, ranch dressing, and chicken combine to make an easy, fast, and downright mouth watering meal.

Ingredients

  • 6 strips Bacon, Fried And Crumbled
  • 3 whole Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts Cut In Half
  • ½ cups Ranch Dressing
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375°F.

1. Fry 6-8 pieces of bacon over medium heat until crispy and then drain the bacon on paper towels.
2. Brown chicken breasts in the remaining bacon grease – browning on each side (about 1-2 minutes per side).
3. Cover the bottom of an 8×8 baking dish with 1/4 cup of Ranch Dressing. Lay chicken over the ranch dressing.
5. Top chicken with cooked, crumbled bacon.
6. Drizzle remaining 1/4 cup ranch dressing over the chicken and bacon.
7. Top with cheese.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and cheese is brown.

This was just ok for hubby and I; like dreamrancher mentioned, we felt like it was swimming in the ranch…kinda like an overdose ;) Although, I could see how people who LOVE ranch dressing would be esstatic for this!

I made this for my family tonight and it was devoured! Thanks for sharing it.
The only thing I would do different next time I make it (and there will be a next time) is to cut down on the ranch dressing. I had 4 chicken breasts and it was still swimming in ranch.
Tasted amazing!

This was fabulous!! Very tasty and looked very elegant on the serving plate. It was easy to scale down for 2 chicken breasts and was on the table in no time. This will definitely go into the rotation.
